Em vez de aumentar multas, algumas modificações nas pistas, a exemplo de terceira via nos locais de subida ou de difícil ultrapassagem, já melhoraria muito.

Isso é pura forma de aumentar arrecadação. Melhorias nas estradas não se ouve falar. Quando falam em melhorias ocorre leilões de rodovias e criação de novas praças de pedagios.
