Copper Mining: FAST2 Mine, A Brazilian Company Operating in the Software Development Segment for Mining, Signs Contract for Underground Copper Mine Operation in Northern Bahia

In just its first five years of operation, FAST2 Mine sold over 800 licenses for its Mining Control software solution and will now demonstrate service at the copper mine in Bahia. Eder Griebeler, CEO of FAST2 Mine, told IM: “We are market leaders in providing fleet management systems for mining in Brazil, currently serving over 30 mines, with more than 1,500 active licenses and over 5,000 users of the Mining Control system. Our goal is to transform operational management within mining companies to make the sector more competitive and sustainable.”

Brazilian Company Will Use Cutting-Edge Software at the Copper Mine in Bahia

FAST2 Mine is a relatively new Brazilian company that operates in software development focused on mining, as well as providing consulting in mine operation and planning areas. Its goal is to make cutting-edge technologies accessible to small and medium-sized mining companies, focusing on customer service and long-term partnerships.

The main product of FAST2 Mine is its mining control software – an operational control and equipment management software applied to mining. “With it, it is possible to manage all operational times of the equipment at the copper mine in Bahia, as well as physical availability, utilization, productivity, and more. Its function is to provide a complete diagnosis of the equipment and the mine’s operation, giving the manager a technical basis for decision-making.”
