This model is designed to meet the demands of modern consumers, offering a perfect combination of style, efficiency, and technology.
Toyota’s Compact SUV Gains Unique Design and Wins Consumers’ Hearts

The design is one of the major highlights of the new Toyota C-HR. At the front, we have full LED headlights in a C shape, Piano Black and gray details in the grille frame, and the hood’s creases catch the eye. On the sides, the new compact SUV from Toyota features a different two-tone paint that starts at the C-pillar and dominates the entire rear.
Another cool feature is the active door handles and beautiful 18-inch diamond-cut wheels. At the rear, the new Toyota SUV has an integrated spoiler, sporty bumper, and gorgeous full LED taillights interconnected by the illuminated Toyota logo.
New Toyota C-HR Can Deliver Up to 220 Combined Horsepower
Mechanically, the new Toyota C-HR proves to be a great option to compete with BYD. Always hybrid, the new Toyota SUV in the base versions can come with the same 1.8 engine as our Corolla. However, the coolest setup equipping it is the 2.0 naturally aspirated four-cylinder engine combined with two rear electric motors. All together, it has a strong 195 combined horsepower, and the torque has not been revealed.
The transmission is an automatic CVT type, and the traction can be either front-wheel or all-wheel drive. The performance is excellent, as it moves better than the previous-generation Toyota C-HR, and the fuel economy figures are impressive, recording 21.7 km per liter in the city and 20 km/l on the highway with gasoline.
An interesting option is the plug-in hybrid, which was launched with this second generation. Based on the same 2.0 four-cylinder engine as the conventional hybrid plus an electric motor with 133.8 kWh batteries, it totals 220 combined horsepower and the torque is unknown.
The performance is impressive, reaching 0 to 100 km/h in 6.9 seconds on consumption. The model can outpace some rivals, recording 27 km per liter in the city and 25 km/l on the highway with gasoline.
Interior of the Toyota Compact SUV Impresses the Public

Inside, the new compact SUV from Toyota already brings the brand’s new visual identity with a more sophisticated and modern style. The finish is excellent with quality materials all around, typical of the brand’s vehicles.

Another strong point of the new Toyota SUV is safety, as it features ACC, which is adaptive cruise control with a stop-and-go function, not to mention the lane correction and lane-keeping assist.
