What Are the Basic Requirements to Participate in the Votorantim Cimentos 2023 Trainee Program
Votorantim Cimentos has chosen Eureca, a consultancy that connects talent to the job market, as a partner for the selection process. To be considered, candidates must have graduated from a higher education institution between December 2019 and December 2022, possess national mobility, and their degree must be in one of the courses indicated for the desired position. Additionally, the applicant needs to be available for national travel and relocations to qualify for the Votorantim Cimentos 2023 Trainee Program.

The Votorantim Cimentos 2023 Trainee Program Will Begin in January Next Year and Last for 16 Months
Those selected will be assigned to work in the sector for which they were authorized, carrying out specific projects and participating in function rotations in relevant sectors. They will also participate in mentoring sessions with Leaders from the internal talent development program of all companies in the Votorantim S.A group, which will consist of three weeks of training and project development.
