If You Are Looking for a Unique Opportunity to Invest in Real Estate, Pay Attention!
Caixa Econômica Federal, in collaboration with Fidalgo Auctions, is organizing a series of auctions that promise to shake up the Brazilian Real Estate Market. With discounts of up to 40% and the possibility of using FGTS and bank financing, this is an opportunity you won’t want to miss.
Auction Calendar
The first event in this series of Caixa auctions is scheduled to close on August 30, at 10 a.m. But don’t worry if you miss this date, as there are other auctions scheduled for September 5, 12, and 27, also closing at 10 a.m.
The Caixa auction is not limited to a specific region of the country. There are 280 properties spread across the five Brazilian regions. From the North, with properties in Amazonas and Pará, to the South, with options in Paraná, Santa Catarina, and Rio Grande do Sul. The Southeast and Midwest are also included, with various options in states like São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais, Goiás, and the Federal District.

There are only four days left until the Income Tax deadline, and the Federal Revenue Service is still awaiting over 13 million returns. Those who miss the 11:59 PM deadline on May 29 will incur a minimum fine of R$ 165.74 with no discount.

More than 220 Brazilian industries have already fled towards Paraguay and no one seems to be paying attention. The small neighbor is growing three times faster than Brazil and attracting billions in foreign investments while the South American giant remains stagnant.
-
Government prepares billion-dollar discount on electricity bills: Aneel will return R$ 5.5 billion to consumers in the North, Northeast, Mato Grosso, Minas Gerais, and Espírito Santo in the form of reduced energy tariffs.

Starting June 7, 27 European countries prohibit asking about previous salary in interviews, and Brazil has chosen a different path.

Payment Conditions
Douglas Fidalgo, the official auctioneer of Fidalgo Auctions, highlights that the auctions offer attractive prices and various payment conditions. “Some properties can be purchased using FGTS and bank financing,” says Fidalgo. To take advantage of this facility, you just need to go to the nearest Caixa agency and obtain a credit letter before the auction closes.
How to Participate: Step by Step
To participate in the Caixa auction, any individual or entity can register on the Fidalgo Auctions website. It is necessary to submit the documents mentioned in the notice, which is available on the portal.
Fidalgo recommends that interested parties conduct prior research to evaluate aspects such as the property’s market value, occupancy status, outstanding debts such as property tax and condo fees, and the condition of the property.
Tips for a Safe Investment
- Research the Market Value: Before placing a bid, conduct research to know if the price aligns with the market.
- Check for Debts: Verify if there are outstanding debts such as property tax and condo fees.
