Oracle launches new free online courses to train up to 40 IT professionals: find out how to take advantage of this opportunity in the most promising area of the market!
Oracle recently announced the eighth edition of its free online course program – Oracle Next Education (ONE), an initiative to train talent in technology and artificial intelligence. Developed to meet the demand for programmers and specialists in Latin America, the IT course program aims to train 40 specialists by 2025, reaffirming its commitment to employability and social inclusion.

Since its inception and completing 5 years, more than 511 thousand students have registered in the program in 14 countries in Latin America. Of these, 91.800 graduated and 12.700 achieved employment, generating an estimated annual economic impact of US$108 million in wages in the region.

With a duration of 7 to 12 months, the 100% online program offers more than 700 hours of content experience, allowing students to combine studies with other activities.

The IT course program is distributed as follows:
ONE Tech Foundation
Lasting 7 months, this training aims to delve deeper into the introduction to programming, training in applied prompt engineering and two specializations: Data Science with Python and AI or Back-End with Spring.
ONE Tech Advanced
The 3-month course aims to provide advanced training in technology, including databases with My SWL, Generative AI for analysis and automation, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), with preparation for the OCI Foundation certification. Exclusive tools, such as Luri, Alura's educational AI, and access to support and networking communities on Discord, which enrich the learning experience, are also included.
Both free, online courses cover applied generative AI and develop key soft skills such as leadership, entrepreneurship, and professional agility that are essential in the technology sector.
