Offshore Mechanical Supervisor
Manage maintenance team; Participate in team development; Good interpersonal skills; Physically participate with teams during interventions; Be dynamic and conscientious; Show initiative; Verify compliance of suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers; Train staff in procedures and techniques.
Education level and proven experience: Offshore experience: minimum 5 years, with at least 2 years as a team lead; Education: Mechanical Engineer, or Mechanical Technician with relevant experience; English is a plus; QHSE specialist; Socioeconomics specialist.
Education: Safety Engineering or Safety Technician. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the Oil and Gas E&P sector.
Profile: Ability to implement internal audits in SMS alongside Perenco and its service providers; In-depth knowledge and support in implementing Regulatory Standard 37 – NR37; Support Operations Management in achieving compliance with Brazilian legislation related to SMS and O&G in the E&P sector.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Geography / Social Communication / Economics / Social Sciences / Oceanography OR Biology OR other related fields with a focus on socioeconomics and community engagement in Oil and Gas E&P projects.
Experience: Preferably at least 4 years of experience in the socioeconomic area related to the development of oil and gas projects.
Profile: Objectivity and results-oriented, with good interpersonal skills; Experience in environmental licensing, development of socioeconomic studies, and implementation of socioeconomics programs (PEA, PCS, PEAT, etc.); Experience in developing social projects and implementing corporate social responsibility initiatives.
