The Aquatic Terminal of Aracaju (Tecarmo) and the Bonsucesso-Atalaia Pipeline, which transports the production of oil from the concessions to Tecarmo, are part of the integrated facilities of the Carmópolis Hub in Sergipe.
Petrobras informs that the potential buyers qualified for this phase will receive an invitation letter with detailed instructions about the divestment process.

About the Carmópolis Hub in Sergipe by Petrobras
The Carmópolis Hub includes 11 terrestrial production concessions, located in different municipalities of Sergipe state, in addition to providing access to processing, transportation, storage, and pipeline infrastructure for oil and gas natural.
Also part of the Carmópolis Hub is the Atalaia Hub, which contains, among other assets, the Aquatic Terminal of Aracaju (Tecarmo) and the Bonsucesso-Atalaia Pipeline, which transports oil production from the concessions to Tecarmo.
In 2020, the average production of the Carmópolis Hub in Sergipe was about 10,000 barrels of oil per day and 67,000 m3/day of gas. Petrobras is the operator in these fields, with a 100% stake.
