Requirements:
- Complete Higher Education;
- Advanced English;
- Experience with MRO purchases;
- Application of the Strategic Sourcing methodology;
- Desirable knowledge of digital platforms.
Activities:
- Create purchase orders and prepare decision-making kit for inclusion in the order;
- Interact with requesters to obtain information necessary to make the purchase;
- Analyze the result of purchase quotations sent to the market.
Customs Clearance Analyst – Jr
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Foreign Trade, International Relations or Logistics;
- Basic knowledge of English;
- Intermediate knowledge in Excel;
- Knowledge in I-Broker, ImportSys/BrokerSys.
Activities:
- Analyze documents that are intrusive to the dispatch;
- Monitor the process of importing goods;
- Analyze the correct framework of the Tax Classification (NCM) and description of goods.
Requirements:
- Complete high school;
- NR 20;
- MOPP – Transport of dangerous goods;
- Small forklift operator course.
Activities:
- Perform supply of small and large machines and vehicles;
- Top up the water and lubricating oil level with a special filling vehicle;
- Measure and calibrate tires when necessary.
Requirements:
- Intermediate Office package;
- Desirable knowledge in the internal system Import SYS and in the SAP system;
- Logistic Processes;
- tax inspector;
- Customs processes;
- Basic English.
Activities:
- Review and approve invoices from all service providers;
- Support management in the development and analysis of area indicators;
- Carry out the provision of amounts entered for the Accounting and Tax areas.
