Advantages of Taking a Public Exam
Valued in Brazil for various reasons, from historical context to the organization of public institutions, a career in this sector signifies job security in the job market and offers some important advantages over the private sector.
Among the benefits are job stability, since, according to the Federal Constitution, admission to the public career must be done through a public exam, thus, after three years of service, job stability is guaranteed.
The main advantage is the remuneration. On average, salaries in public competition positions are higher than those in the private sector, even in roles that do not require a higher education degree.
