How to Compete for the Vacancies of the Public Competition of the City Hall?

Those interested in participating in the city hall competition must be Brazilian citizens by birth or naturalization, at least 18 years old, have the required education and qualifications for the position they wish to apply for, be in compliance with military obligations if male, be in good physical and mental health, and not have disabilities incompatible with the functions of the position, certified by official medical examination, not be retired due to disability, and not be of compulsory retirement age, among other requirements.

Registrations for the city hall competition can be made through the CPCon/UEPB website starting at 6 PM on September 6, 2024, until 11:59 PM on October 6, 2024. The registration fee for the city hall public competition is R$ 75 for fundamental level positions, R$ 95 for middle/technical, and R$ 115 for higher education positions.

FULL NOTICE AND REGISTRATIONS

How Will the Tests for the Vacancies at the City Hall Be?

The city hall competition will consist of two phases, which are the objective test scheduled for November 24 and the titles test, depending on the position, scheduled for January 23, 2025. The notice for the practical test will be published on February 3, and the practical test is scheduled for February 9.

The objective tests of the city hall public competition will consist of 40 questions according to the notice, all multiple-choice with 5 alternatives from “A” to “E,” with only 01 alternative to be marked as correct. The objective tests will be held in the Municipality of São José de Piranhas.

For the titles test for the city hall public competition, candidates for higher education positions – teaching degree will be invited. Candidates who are not invited to the titles test but who are not eliminated from the competition may be called by the City Hall of São José de Piranhas later, which will be responsible for the analysis of the titles in that case.
