According to the Deputy Secretary of Human Resources and President of the contest committee of the Municipality of Macaé, Aristófanis Quirino, the initiative aims to meet the staff shortage in various municipal departments. Only the questions of candidates who pass and are among the best positions in the contest will be corrected. In total, 60 tests will be evaluated, counting broad competition and reserves for PwD and black candidates.
