Registrations for the Marabá City Hall Contest Begin in February, with Tests Scheduled for April 2025

The Marabá City Hall, in the state of Pará, announced a public competition with 126 vacancies for the position of Municipal Civil Guard. The initial salary will be R$ 1,839.39, for a 40-hour weekly work schedule. The competition, organized by Fadesp, aims to increase the Municipal Guard’s personnel, strengthening public safety in the region, according to the Monitor do Mercado website.

The registrations will be open from February 18 to March 18, 2025, and interested parties must register exclusively through the official website of the organizing body. The registration fee is R$ 90.00.

Selection Process for the Civil Guard: Stages and Tests

The contest will be held in two phases, each composed of different stages.

1st Phase:

Objective Test: Scheduled for April 13, 2025, with questions on general and specific knowledge.
Physical Aptitude Test (TAF): Will assess candidates’ physical fitness.
Psychological Evaluation: Will verify behavioral and emotional characteristics.

2nd Phase:

Social Research: Analysis of the candidate’s background and conduct.
Medical and Anthropometric Assessments: Ensure the medical and physical health requirements for the job.
Training Course: Final stage, where approved candidates receive specialized training.

Assignments of the Municipal Civil Guard

The approved professionals will delegate fundamental functions for the security of the community, such as:

Conduct preventive and community patrols;
Protect public, cultural, and environmental assets;
Collaborate with state and federal security agencies;
Promote public order and interact with communities to strengthen local security.

Registrations for the City Hall Civil Guard Contest

Registrations for the Marabá City Hall Civil Guard contest will be open from February 18 to March 18, 2025, and must be made exclusively through the official Fadesp website, the organizing body of the contest. To validate participation, it is necessary to complete the registration form and pay the fee of R$ 90.00.

Candidates who meet specific criteria, such as blood donors, registered in CadÚnico, or people with disabilities, may request a fee waiver, according to the guidelines in the notice. It is important to pay attention to the payment deadline, as only after payment confirmation will the registration be validated.
