Registration for the Marabá city hall competition begins in February, with tests scheduled for April 2025

A City Hall of Marabá, in the state of Pará, announced a public competition with 126 vacancies for the position of Municipal Civil Guard. A initial salary will be R$ 1.839,39, for 40-hour workweek. The competition, organized by Fadesp, seeks to increase the number of Municipal Guard personnel, strengthening public safety in the region, according to the Monitor do Mercado website.

As inscriptions open from February 18th to March 18nd, 2025 and interested parties must register exclusively through the official website of the organizing board. The registration fee is R$90,00.

Who can participate in the city hall competition?

To compete for vacancies in the city hall competition, Candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum education: Completed high school;
  • Age: Between 21 and 35 years;
  • Mandatory documentation: Be up to date with electoral and military obligations (in the case of men);
  • Qualification: It has National Driver's License (CNH) in the “AB” category.

In addition, it is required that compliance with requirements related to physical, psychological, health and social conduct demands.

Civil Guard selection process: stages and tests

The contest will be held on two phrases, each composed of different stages.

1st Phase:

  • Objective proof: Preview for April 13th 2025 , with general and specific knowledge questions.
  • Physical Verification Test (PVT): Will assess the physical fitness of candidates.
  • Psychological assessment: will check behavioral and emotional characteristics.

2st Phase:

  • Social research: Analysis of the candidate's background and conduct.
  • Assessments and anthropometrics: Ensure the physical and health medical requirements for the cargo.
  • Training course: Last stage, where approved candidates receive specialized training.

Responsibilities of the Municipal Civil Guard

Approved professionals will delegate fundamental functions for the safety of the community, As:

  • Perform preventive patrolling and community;
  • protect the public, cultural and environmental heritage ;
  • Collaborate with state and federal security agencies;
  • promote the public order and interact with communities to strengthen local security.

Applications for the Civil Guard competition at the City Hall

Entries for the Civil Guard Competition for the City of Marabá will be open during the period of February 18th to March 18nd, 2025 e must be carried out exclusively through the official Fadesp website, organizer of the event. To participate, it is necessary fill out the registration form and pay the fee of R$90,00.

Candidates who meet specific criteria, such as blood donors, those registered with CadÚnico or people with disabilities, may apply for fee exemption, according to the guidelines in the notice. It is important to pay attention to the payment deadline, since registration will only be validated after confirmation.
