The Vale 2023 selection process offers 900 positions in different states of Brazil like Espírito Santo, Maranhão, Minas Gerais, Pará, and Rio de Janeiro. The positions require education in various fields of knowledge, such as engineering, business administration, technology, law, nursing, social communication, marketing, journalism, accounting, economics, statistics, geology, history, and others. The application period runs until June 12, and students can apply through the Vale website.

Interns in the Vale 2023 selection process will receive a monthly allowance of R$ 1,375.40 and various benefits, such as transportation voucher, meal or food voucher at the company, medical assistance, gym pass, ergonomics assistance (for hybrid and remote positions), employee assistance program, life insurance, Christmas basket, and paid time off of 15 days for every six months of internship.
