Coca-Cola Program Offers More Than 26 Thousand Places in Free Courses, Where Selected Ones Can Compete for Hundreds of Job Opportunities
The Coca-Cola Institute Brazil, alongside Solar Coca-Cola, is offering 26 thousand places for its Online Collective project, a program that offers free courses for the first job 100% online. With free enrollment, the program aims to provide training for young people to enter the job market. After completing the program, participants will receive a certificate and can compete for job vacancies offered by a network of 400 employer partners.

Any young person between the ages of 16 and 25 can participate in the free first job courses offered by Coca-Cola. This age range was chosen because it had an unemployment rate of 29.8% last year, according to IBGE.

Those selected for the free first job courses from Coca-Cola will receive content on life planning, resume building, financial planning, and preparation for selection processes. The online training process is expected to last about six months, and participants will receive 10 video lessons and activities to test their knowledge.
The content of the free first job courses will be distributed through the WhatsApp application, allowing students to participate in the course from anywhere. After completing the course, students will receive completion certificates and will be directed to register in the job vacancy bank within the Collective community.

The Coca-Cola initiative is part of the Collective platform, which since its inception in 2009 has generated opportunities for more than half a million young people across Brazil, creating job and income opportunities. Just this year, more than 2,000 young people entered the job market through the project and 161 of them secured their first job through Solar Coca-Cola.
According to the External Relations Manager of Solar, Arthur Ferraz, the project makes it possible to reach young people from cities far from major centers. In addition to training young people, partnerships are also being formed so that new job vacancies can arise for these students after completing their training.
