Job Details
The Support Technician position at Prosegur involves a series of technical and operational responsibilities. The professional will be responsible for providing technical support for alarm systems, CCTV, VMS, routers, networks, and intercoms.
Additionally, you will need to technically support the operational teams of Segurpro and the field team, as well as provide support to the company’s commissioning team.
Monitoring and evaluating results through indicators, suggesting and applying improvements, is also part of the responsibilities.
Preparing management reports and dashboards for performance analysis is an essential activity to ensure continuous technical learning within the company.
Keeping immediate supervisors informed about the progress of services through reports, indicators, and spreadsheets is fundamental for the good performance of the role.
Application Requirements
To apply for the position, you must have a technical degree in electronics, IT, systems analysis, networks, or related areas.
Practical knowledge of electronic security devices, such as alarms and CCTV, networks, and communication protocols is essential.
Familiarity with workplace safety and electronic security systems, ability to interpret and operate VMS, routers, and networks are highly valued.
