SENAI, in partnership with Sinconavin, is launching the 2nd edition of the Industrial Learning Course to train specialized professionals in a market that keeps growing. With a total of 1,720 hours of training, the course offers a combination of theory and practice that ensures complete preparation for future professionals.
Complete Training and Guaranteed Employment
During one year, participants will have 860 hours of theoretical classes at SENAI, complemented by 860 hours of practice in partner companies. This format allows students to gain experience in crucial areas such as electrical and mechanical, as well as participate in practical classes on vessels and technical visits. Throughout the course, partner companies hire apprentices, who fulfill a workload of 40 hours per week, ensuring total immersion in the work environment, according to the Visor Notícias website.
Market Expansion and Professional Qualification
With the success of the first edition, which trained 29 apprentices, SENAI hopes to qualify 35 new professionals in 2025, significantly contributing to the development of the nautical sector and local workforce qualification.
