Registrations Open: Deadline And Requirements
As Announced In Public Notice No. 152/2024, Registrations For The Specialization In Inclusive Special Education Are Open And Will Remain Open Until February 2, 2025.
Interested Candidates Must Register Exclusively Online, Accessing The Official Ifes Or Cefor (Reference Center In Training And Distance Education) Website.
The Course Is Aimed At Candidates Holding An Undergraduate Degree Recognized By The Ministry Of Education (MEC), Regardless Of Their Field Of Study.
Another Indispensable Requirement Is Access To A Computer With Internet And Basic Technology Skills.
What Does The Course Offer?
With A Duration Of Three Semesters And A Total Workload Of 360 Hours, The Course Aims To Equip Professionals To Implement Inclusive And Efficient Practices In Schools.
Classes Will Be Held In The Distance Education (EAD) Format, Through The Moodle Platform, Which Combines Video Lessons, Practical Activities, And Live Classes Via Web Conference.
The Curriculum Includes Subjects Such As:
- Distance Education And Virtual Learning Environment (30 Hours);
- Fundamentals Of Special Education (60 Hours);
- Development And Learning (60 Hours);
- Target Audience Of Special Education (75 Hours).
Distribution Of Spots
Ifes Has Made Available 40 Spots For This Specialization, Being:
- 28 Spots For General Competition;
- 2 Spots For People With Disabilities (PwD);
- 10 Spots For Black, Brown, And Indigenous Candidates (PPI).
If The Spots Reserved For Affirmative Actions (PwD And PPI) Are Not Filled, They Will Be Redistributed To General Competition.
How Will The Selection Process Work?
The Selection Of Candidates Will Be Conducted Through An Electronic Drawing, Ensuring Total Transparency And Impartiality.
The Drawing Will Take Place On February 6, 2025, At 10 Am, And Will Be Broadcast Live On Ifes/Cefor’s YouTube Channel.
Prior To The Drawing, A List Of Eligible Candidates Will Be Published Two Days In Advance. After The Drawing, Selected Candidates Will Undergo A Document Analysis.
Only Those Who Present The Required Documents Clearly And Completely Will Secure Their Spots.
In Case Of Withdrawals, The Spots Will Be Filled According To The Order Of The Drawing.
