Take Advantage of Scholarships R$ 5,000 to R$ 6,500 from Sebrae-RS to Work on Innovation Projects. Applications Until 11/10!
The Sebrae-RS is open for applications for a scholarship program aimed at professionals who wish to work on innovation and entrepreneurship projects in the state of Rio Grande do Sul. In total, 45 immediate vacancies are available, along with the creation of a reserve list. Applications will be accepted until October 11, 2024.
Selected professionals will participate in a project lasting up to 30 months, being trained by Sebrae-RS. They will work on the ALI Project (Local Innovation Agents), identifying and engaging companies and educational institutions to join the program, applying the proposed methodology, and monitoring each cycle of the project.
Scholarships and Opportunities Sebrae
The vacancies are for two main roles: Local Innovation Agents (ALI), who will receive a monthly scholarship of R$ 5,000, and Advisors, with scholarships of R$ 6,500, working in the areas of Entrepreneurial Education and Productivity. Advisors will be responsible for supporting and guiding the agents, as well as contributing their expertise to the execution of the projects.

Local Innovation Agents
The objective of the ALI Project is to provide support to small businesses and educational institutions, promoting innovation and improvements in management. To compete for the vacancies of Local Innovation Agents – Productivity, it is necessary to have a degree recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC). Additionally, the candidate must demonstrate at least six months of experience in areas related to innovation, such as innovation projects, digital transformation, and agile methods.
Requirements for Advisors
For the position of Advisor in Productivity, the candidate needs to have stricto sensu postgraduate degree (master’s or doctorate) in any area, as well as at least 12 months of experience in innovation management and technical or academic advisory activities.
For the vacancies aimed at Entrepreneurial Education, a higher education degree is required in areas such as Administration, Engineering, Education, Communication, among others. It is also necessary to demonstrate at least six months of experience in educational management, education technologies or innovation in the educational environment.
Details About the Selection Process
The selection process will be managed by Fapetec, a company contracted by Sebrae-RS. Applications, which are free of charge, must be made by 6 PM on October 11, 2024, and will only be validated after the complete filling out of the electronic form available on the official website.
