Course Content
During the course, you will acquire the knowledge and skills to:
- Act in the prevention, protection, rehabilitation, and recovery of health
- Administer medications
- Provide hygiene and comfort care
- Monitor patients’ clinical conditions throughout the life cycle
- Provide assistance in mental health
- Offer support during pregnancy, childbirth, and to newborns
- Assist in surgical procedures before, during, and after operations
- Work in quality and hospital accreditation programs
- Provide assistance in urgent and emergency care, critical and palliative care
Teaching Methodology

Scholarships at Senac
The scholarships from the Senac Free Program (PSG) are distributed among the 63 Senac units in the state of São Paulo. To compete for one, you must:
- Prove a monthly family income of up to two federal minimum wages per person (R$ 2,824)
- Register 20 days before the start of the chosen course, always starting at noon, on the Senac Free Program website. Spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis in a virtual waiting line.
