The Federal Institute of Pernambuco (IFPE) Published the Notice of the Simplified Selection Process for Instructor for the Courses Offered by the Open University System of Brazil (UAB).
This Selection is Linked to the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES), of the Ministry of Education (MEC). The Main Objective is to Select Distance Tutors to Work in the EaD Mode in Various Courses Offered by IFPE.

The Approved Candidates Will Work in a Variety of Courses, Including:

Requirements for Registration
To Apply, It Is Necessary to Meet Some Requirements:
- Be a Native or Naturalized Brazilian
- Be up to Date with Electoral Obligations
- Have a Minimum of 1 Year of Experience in Basic or Higher Education Teaching
- Hold a Higher Education Degree According to the Notice
- Not Be a Student of the Course for Which You Are Competing for Distance Tutor
- Not Have Ties to Another Scholarship Program, Except for CAPES or CNPq Postgraduate Programs
- Be Effectively Engaged in Teaching in the Public Education Network or Linked to Teacher Training Programs for Basic Education
Registration and Fees
The registrations Will Be Open from 09/09/2024 to 23/09/2024, Exclusively via the Internet on the Website http://selecoes.ead.ifpe.edu.br/. The Registration Fee Is R$ 30.00, to Be Paid at Banco do Brasil Agencies Between 09/09/2024 and 24/09/2024.
Fee Exemption Will Be Granted to Members of the Unified Cadastre for Social Programs of the Federal Government (CadÚnico) and Low-Income Families, According to Decree No. 11,016, of March 29, 2022. The Result of the Fee Exemption Request Will Be Announced on the Same Website on 16/09/2024 at 6 PM.
Classification and Results
The Classification Score Will Be Based on the Curricular Analysis, with a Maximum Score of 100 Points. The Preliminary Result Will Be Announced on 21/10/2024, with the Possibility of Appeals on the Following Day, 22/10/2024. The Final Result Will Be Published on 24/10/2024.

Que vergonha alheia meu Deus!!
Ser professor no Brasil é a mesma coisa de não ser nada. Nada tem mais valor do que ser professor. Enquanto não houver uma valorização de fato, de forma concreta não avançaremos em progresso social nenhum.
É inacreditável a desvalorização do professor! Oferecerem uma bolsa de R$1.100,00 é uma afronta a dignidade de quem estudou graduação, fez especialização e ainda já tenha trabalhado 1 ano em instituição de ensino superior! Não chega nem a um salário mínimo! Quanto um profissional desse precisou investir na sua carreira, para chegar e receber uma proposta vexatória como essa? Lamentável a situação da pouca valorização da profissão de educador no Brasil!
