Rumo Logística Offers New Openings in the Young Apprentice Program, Boosting Careers in the Railway Sector.

Rumo Logística, the largest railway logistics operator in Brazil, opens new positions for the Young Apprentice program, providing a unique opportunity for youth looking to enter the job market. As part of the Cosan group, it aims to move Brazil and feed the world, counting on more than 8,000 passionate employees.

Benefits and Work Model

The positions available for the Young Apprentice program are in-person, with a work schedule of 4 hours a day, from Monday to Friday, in Santos/SP.

The hired youth will have access to a benefits package, which includes food vouchers, meal vouchers, transportation vouchers, health insurance, and much more.

Requirements to Participate in the Program

Interested candidates for the positions must be between 18 and 23 years old, currently enrolled in or having completed a Technical Course in Civil Construction.

Additionally, it is desirable for the youth to have an interest in developing technical and behavioral skills in the railway sector.
