The salary is R$ 1,512.38. Hired employees will receive a salary of R$ 1,512.38, as well as a food allowance of R$ 1,000, transportation allowance, and preschool assistance, in addition to proportional vacation and 13th salary. The work regime is 40 hours per week.

The selection of candidates for high school positions at IBGE will take place through a title analysis, based on the information and documents presented during the application registration. The scoring criteria are as follows:
- Complete high school (5 points);
- Incomplete higher education (7 points);
- Complete higher education (10 points).
The expected duration of contracts in the selection process to work at IBGE is for up to one year, with the possibility of extension, provided that the total period does not exceed three years, at the discretion of the agency, as established in the announcement.
