Eneva Opened Applications for Its Trainee Program 2025, Offering Positions, Attractive Benefits, and Professional Development in the Energy Sector.

Eneva, one of the leading integrated energy operators in Brazil, announced the opening of positions for the Eneva Trainee Program 2025. Requirements

The Eneva Trainee Program is aimed at recent graduates and students about to complete their degree, providing an immersive experience in the energy sector.

Opportunities in Various Regions of the Country

The positions in the Eneva Trainee Program 2025 are distributed among three main areas. In the Operations area, there are opportunities in the states of Amazonas, Bahia, Ceará, Espírito Santo, Maranhão, Roraima, and Sergipe, covering cities such as Itapiranga, Silves, Juazeiro, São Gonçalo do Amarante, Linhares, Viana, Miranda do Norte, Santo Antônio dos Lopes, São Luís, Boa Vista, and Barra dos Coqueiros.

In the Business area, the positions are concentrated in the cities of Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo. For the Exploration & Production (E&P) area, opportunities are available in Rio de Janeiro.

Those selected for the Eneva Trainee Program will receive a complete benefits package.

In addition to a monthly stipend of R$ 7,000, trainees will have access to medical and dental assistance, meal vouchers, food vouchers, life insurance, childcare assistance, transportation vouchers, Wellhub (Gympass), a quality of life program, relocation assistance, and performance bonuses.

Selection Process Stages

The selection process will be divided into four main stages. Applications and the online pathway must be completed by April 2025.

The online panels will take place until April, followed by in-person panels, which will occur until May 2025. Finally, online interviews will be held until May of the same year. The positions are limited, and interested candidates must apply by April 15.
