Functions of the Customer Service Assistant at Renner

The Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for direct service to the brand’s consumers, resolving inquiries and providing support to customers of Meu Cartão Renner — the chain’s financial program. Among the main activities, the professional should:

  • Identify and solve the needs of each customer;
  • Build trusting relationships with empathetic and efficient service;
  • Provide correct and complete information using the appropriate channels and tools;
  • Work with service goals, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty of the audience.

The role requires attention to detail, responsiveness, and communication skills, making it an ideal position for those who enjoy working with people and solving problems practically.

Requirements to Participate in the Selection Process

To apply, it is necessary to:

  • Complete High School Education;
  • Availability of hours to work in the 6×1 shift;
  • Basic knowledge in Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

The work schedule is from 2:30 PM to 8:50 PM, in a 100% presential format, and the weekly schedule includes alternating weekends. The company emphasizes that it seeks proactive, problem-solving, and collaborative individuals, with a focus on the customer and good teamwork skills.
