Transportation And Travel Committee Approves Innovative Project That Could Modify Rules Of Brazilian Traffic Code, Requiring Photos Of Plates
An project that could revolutionize the way traffic fines are applied is currently under consideration in the Chamber of Deputies.

Proposed by the rapporteur, Deputy Gilberto Abramo (Republicanos-MG), the text replaces the original version from Deputy Dayany Bittencourt (União-CE).

Finalmente um parlamentar que ecoa fora da caixinha. É uma vergonha o que se tornou essa indústria de multas. Prefeitos já colocam no orçamento anual os valores que esperam arrecadar. Os radares deixou de ter uma função educativa para se tornar uma indústria de receitas financeiras, isso acontece até na PRF. Já ouvi de policiais rodoviários que são sistematicamente cobrados a faturarem multas para cobrir gastos da instituição.
