Finalmente um parlamentar que ecoa fora da caixinha. É uma vergonha o que se tornou essa indústria de multas. Prefeitos já colocam no orçamento anual os valores que esperam arrecadar. Os radares deixou de ter uma função educativa para se tornar uma indústria de receitas financeiras, isso acontece até na PRF. Já ouvi de policiais rodoviários que são sistematicamente cobrados a faturarem multas para cobrir gastos da instituição.
