Registrations Are Open for the Internship Program at Samarco, Offering 43 Job Openings
In partnership with the Euvaldo Lodi Institute (IEL), Samarco will select students from technical and higher education for job vacancies in its Internship Program, set to begin in April this year. There are 43 available positions, distributed among the cities of Mariana (MG), Ubu (ES) and Belo Horizonte (MG). For technical positions, the company seeks students from the Mining, Metallurgy, Automation, Electrical, and Administration courses. The vacancies for higher education are for the courses of Administration, Psychology, Social Work, Computer Science, and Production, Automation, Chemical, Metallurgical, Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineering. The selection process consists of profile screening, an online test, and an interview.

The internship lasts for one year and can be renewed for an equal period. The workload is six hours daily, from Monday to Friday. Interns will receive a scholarship, transportation, and meals.
According to the company’s HR, “Our program aims to promote the technical and behavioral training of students, so that they develop their potential and are ready to seize opportunities in our company or others in the job market.”
