Institution Seeks Higher Education Professional with Experience in ERP (MXM or Similar) to Work in the National Administration at the Olympic Park; Applications Close on November 10.

The National Commercial Learning Service, known as Senac, announced the opening of Communication No. 80/2025, regarding a new job vacancy for immediate hiring and the formation of a reserve list. The opportunity is for the position of Technical Advisor III (ERP Adm. Finance), located in the National Administration at the Olympic Park, Rio de Janeiro. The selection process is governed by the CLT, with an initial trial contract of up to 90 days, which may be converted to an indefinite term.

Selection Process

The selection process at Senac is structured in multiple eliminatory and classificatory stages, requiring the candidates’ attention. The selection begins with the Curriculum Registration, Job Application, and completion of the Supplementary Form. This is followed by a Preliminary Curriculum Screening (systematic) and a qualitative Curriculum Analysis. Candidates approved in this phase advance to the Knowledge Test, which will be held virtually on November 18, 2025, covering Portuguese Language, Logical Reasoning, General Knowledge, and LGPD.

To advance, it is necessary to score equal to or greater than 7 points in the online test. The subsequent stages include an Individual Behavioral Assessment and an Individual Technical Assessment, both with a minimum cut-off score of 7 points. It is important to note that this process does not constitute a public competition and is valid for one year, which may be extended for an equal period from the date of publication of the final result.

Technical Advisor III (ERP Adm. Finance) – Rio de Janeiro

The position is intended for work at the headquarters of Senac’s National Administration, located at Avenida Ayrton Senna, 5.555, in the Olympic Park (RJ). The selected professional will fulfill a workload of 40 hours per week, scheduled from Monday to Friday. The main responsibilities of the position involve direct support to the ERP MXM system (Administrative, Financial, and Accounting modules), including requirement gathering, technical feasibility analysis, flow documentation, conducting tests, system implementation, and user guidance. Additionally, the advisor must perform corrective and preventive maintenance, implement new functionalities, and analyze contractual points with suppliers. The position requires availability for travel.

Desired knowledge includes Power BI, Agile Project Management, and Oracle PL/SQL Language.

Then, it is mandatory to fill out the “supplementary form.” Applications have been open since November 4, 2025, and will close unextendably at 11:59 PM on November 10, 2025.
