SENAI Ceará Signed in China a Cooperation Agreement with GoodWe to Boost Technical Training, Research, and Innovation in Solar Energy and Energy Storage, Strengthening Brazil’s Leadership in the Energy Transition.

In a strategic move to strengthen the solar energy sector in Brazil, SENAI Ceará and the Chinese company GoodWe signed, on this Monday (20), a Technology Cooperation Agreement. The partnership, celebrated in Suzhou, China, focuses on the development of technical skills, encouragement of applied research, and promotion of innovation in renewable energies.

The agreement represents a significant advancement in the integration between education, technology, and the productive sector, reinforcing SENAI’s commitment to train professionals prepared for the challenges of the global energy transition.

Through the partnership, GoodWe — recognized worldwide as one of the leaders in photovoltaic solar energy and storage solutions — will equip SENAI Ceará with a modern training laboratory in Photovoltaic Systems and Energy Storage Solutions.

SENAI Ceará Strengthens Leadership in the Brazilian Energy Transition

During the signing ceremony, the Regional Director of SENAI Ceará and Superintendent of SESI Ceará, Paulo André Holanda, highlighted the relevance of the agreement for the advancement of technological education and for strengthening the national green economy.

“This partnership with GoodWe reinforces SENAI Ceará’s commitment to training highly qualified professionals and technological innovation in the solar energy sector. I thank the President of FIEC, Ricardo Cavalcante, for the visionary management and ongoing investments that have allowed us to expand our international presence and strengthen actions for energy transition and sustainability,” said Holanda.

According to him, the alliance with GoodWe will enable Brazil to advance more competitively in the global renewable energy landscape, while preparing new generations of professionals for the future of the solar industry.

The Technology Cooperation Agreement outlines a series of joint actions aimed at strengthening technical and professional education in the areas of photovoltaic energy and energy storage. Among the main objectives are:
