More than 3 thousand free vacancies in technical courses from Senar for 2026 strengthen training in agriculture with hybrid teaching, priority for rural audience and selection without exam, expanding qualification opportunities in different regions of the country within the e-Tec network.
The National Rural Learning Service, Senar, is open for registrations for the 2026.2 selection process of the e-Tec network, with more than 3 thousand vacancies in free technical courses aimed at agriculture.
The selection takes place throughout the country, includes nine courses, and does not require an objective test, as classification will be done through document analysis and criteria defined by the regional administrations of the institution.
Registrations remain open until May 26, 2026.

The offer includes courses in two formats.
In the distance learning modality, the student follows part of the training online but must attend the chosen center for practical activities and mandatory assessments.
In the face-to-face courses, teaching occurs in Senar units and partners, with additional distance learning, according to the academic organization of the selection process.
Candidates who have already completed high school can participate.
The process prioritizes rural producers, family members, and collaborators with proven ties to the rural environment, keeping the initiative’s focus on qualifying those who already work or intend to work directly in the productive chains of the field.
When there are remaining vacancies, the selection may also reach other interested parties who meet the requirements of the notice and present the requested documentation.
Technical courses from Senar in 2026 in agriculture
In this edition, Senar offers seven courses in the distance learning modality with mandatory face-to-face meetings.
They are:
- Agriculture
- Agribusiness
- Animal Husbandry
- Forestry
- Fruit Growing
- Occupational Safety in Agriculture
- Animal Science
The proposal combines theoretical content, academic support, and practical moments at the support centers, which play a central role in the execution of the face-to-face part of the course.
In addition to these courses, there are two face-to-face options: Technical in Animal Husbandry and Technical in Forestry.
No official material of the selection process, Senar informs that these classes are also part of the 2026.2 announcement, expanding the offer for those seeking a routine of in-person classes and direct contact with field activities and laboratory practices.
The set of offerings reinforces a strategy already adopted by the Senar e-Tec network, which directs its courses to areas with constant demand in the agricultural sector.
By bringing together technical training related to rural production, management, fruit growing, livestock, and workplace safety in the agricultural environment, the institution tries to meet distinct profiles of candidates without straying from its main area of operation.
Who can participate in Senar’s free courses
Although the selection is open to those who have completed high school, the summarized announcement released by Senar makes it clear that there is priority for the rural-linked audience.
This includes candidates who can prove a direct relationship with properties, productive activities, or work in the field, according to the rules of each regional office responsible for classification.
This priority helps explain the focus of the courses offered.
The technical training is designed to respond to demands from agribusiness and production chains linked to the rural environment, which makes proving a connection a relevant criterion at the time of analyzing the documentation submitted during registration.
Still, the institutional announcement itself states that participation is free and national, with centers distributed across different states.
Another important point is that registration requires the submission of school transcripts, high school completion certificate, and, when applicable, documents that prove the connection with the rural environment.
Senar advises that the files be attached in PDF format and emphasizes that the legibility of the documentation is essential for the candidate to proceed in the process.
Selection without exam and Senar 2026 schedule
Unlike entrance exams and traditional selections, the selection process of the e-Tec network does not foresee a knowledge test.
The classification of applicants will be based on the attached documentation, as well as the classification regulations adopted by each Regional Administration of Senar, which may include its own criteria for tie-breaking and ranking candidates.
The official schedule already informs the upcoming dates.
The preliminary list of classified candidates is scheduled for June 10, 2026, while the final list of approved candidates is expected to be released on June 18, 2026.
After this stage, the selected candidates will need to appear in person at the indicated center to confirm their enrollment within the deadline set by Senar.
In-person enrollment is scheduled for the period of June 19 to 27, 2026.
In this phase, the approved candidate must present original documents and copies, or authenticated versions, according to the requirements of the center and the educational unit.
Without this attendance, the vacancy is not confirmed.
The institutional disclosure calendar also informs that classes will begin on July 21, 2026, which places the selection process within the second academic semester of the e-Tec network.
For those who intend to compete for a spot, this means that the preparation of documentation needs to be done in advance, as the system requires the complete submission of files even at the registration stage.
Technical training recognized by MEC in agriculture
In the official presentation of the selection process, Senar states that the courses have MEC recognition and combine practical training with technical content aimed at the agricultural sector.
This design is one of the points used by the institution to attract candidates who are already in the rural job market as well as young people and adults seeking mid-level qualifications focused on employability.

How to enroll in the free technical courses of Senar
Registration must be done online, on the official page of the Senar e-Tec selection process, until May 26, 2026.
The candidate needs to choose the course, select the physical center linked to the training, fill in the requested data, and attach the documentation in PDF.
When the center offers more than one course, the system also allows indicating a second option, in order of preference.
After reviewing all the information, it is necessary to complete the submission to validate participation in the selection process.
