Opportunities Are for Students From All Over the Country With Graduation Forecast Between July/23 and December/24

Siemens Energy, one of the leading energy technology companies in the world, is accepting applications until May 1 for the Talent Development Program (TDP) 2022. The selection process is online and allows participation from students across Brazil, with graduation expected between July 2023 and December 2024.

There are more than 120 positions available for students in all fields of knowledge in Bachelor’s, Licentiate, or Technologist courses. The selection will have stages of profile analysis, online tests, group activities, and final interviews with managers.

Benefits That Siemens Is Offering for Students

The Program offers a scholarship, medical and dental assistance, life insurance, transportation, meal vouchers (for locations without a restaurant), GymPass, and reduced working hours during exam periods. The company also invests in technical and behavioral training, project integration with other business areas, and social programs.

There are positions available in the states of São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, with options for in-person or hybrid work models and home office arrangements.
