The growth is 64.8% compared to the same period in 2021, when the opening of 57,090 job positions was recorded. According to the Caged, the month with the highest positive balance was June 2022, when 16,857 vacancies were opened.
One of the reasons pushing the rise in hiring in the logistics sector is the expansion of e-commerce, which has led logistics companies to modernize with new delivery methods and the automation of their processes through technology.

The CEO of Grupo MOVE3, Guilherme Juliani, explains that one of the main concerns of logistics companies is to make fast deliveries and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction.
“Customers are very demanding with delivery deadlines and the information provided to them about the order, so investing in technologies that support online commerce represents a differential to face the obstacles,” says the businessman from the group controlling the companies Flash Courier, Moove+, Moove+ Portugal, JallCard, M3Bank, goX Crossborder, and Rodoê.
Investment in Technology
Currently, Moove+ offers logistics services for warehousing and product distribution through trackable delivery, distribution centers in urban areas, among other solutions involving the use of technology for logistics simplification. Inventory and order management, for example, is carried out through the WMS Warehouse Management Systems with online reports and controls that allow tracking the entire distribution journey in real-time, even through mobile devices. For deliveries, it relies on the services of Flash Courier franchises present throughout the national territory, with over 400 units.
“We are implementing several automatic functionalities in our logistics such as PUDOs (Pick Up & Drop Off), lockers, automatic address corrections, and contact via chatbot so that the service recipient can self-serve and choose the best delivery option, without the shipper having to contract with different companies and prepare integrations. This way, we make our logistics environment complete and easy to contract for our clients,” comments the CEO.
