Soltec Trackers announced May 09, through its official news vehicle as vacancies for professionals in Electrotechnics, Electroelectronics, Mechatronics, Electrics or similar, who are willing to travel and reside in company accommodation. Soltec asks people who are not available to live in company accommodation not to send resumes, as they will not be considered in the selection process.

Installation and Maintenance Operator

Responsibilities: under the instruction of the foreman/supervisor: perform Pull tests (ground test); perform activities related to the installation and maintenance of the solar tracker; perform pass inspections; perform service of projects in the warranty phase; support to construction teams when necessary; carry out various activities related to the mechanical structure, electrical and electronic systems of the equipment and its power supply systems

Requirements

  • Technical high school in Electrotechnics, Electroelectronics, Mechatronics, Electrics or similar
  • Intermediate level office suite
  • Knowledge in Autocad and/or software programming will be a plus
  • Experience in works and/or renewable energy projects will be a plus
  • Willingness to travel
  • Availability of housing in other cities
  • Availability for field leave every 60 days
  • Live in Salvador or region

Commissioning Operator

Responsibilities: Implementation of control and communication systems at Soltec works; Association of devices in the field taking references from plans and files of the projects; management, reading and interpretation of the project's technical documentation; performing hardware assemblies for testing in order to verify the correct functioning of the system; preparation and submission of reports and information to the work supervisor; reviews of the correct functioning of installed devices; assistance and collaboration in solving problems in projects; performing hardware assembly for testing.

Requirements

  • Technical high school in Electrotechnics, Electroelectronics, Mechatronics, Telecommunications, Electronics or similar
  • Construction and maintenance experience
  • Intermediate level office suite
  • Availability to work in other cities
  • Availability to reside in company accommodation
  • Live in Salvador or region
