Soltec Trackers Announced Job Openings This Thursday, 05/09 for Technical Professionals. Join the Dynamic Team of Solar Energy Experts and Experience Teamwork at Its Best!

Soltec Trackers announced on May 9, through its official news vehicle the job openings for Technical professionals in Electrotechnics, Electro-electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical or related fields, who are available to travel and reside in company housing. Soltec requests that individuals without the availability to reside in company housing do not send resumes, as they will not be considered in the selection process.

Installation and Maintenance Operator

Responsibilities: under the instruction of the supervisor: perform pull tests; execute installation and maintenance activities for the solar tracker; conduct transpass inspections; handle projects in warranty phase; support construction teams when necessary; perform various activities related to mechanical structure, electrical systems, and electronic equipment and their power systems.

Requirements

  • Technical high school diploma in Electrotechnics, Electro-electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical or related fields
  • Intermediate level Office Suite knowledge
  • Knowledge in Autocad and/or software programming will be a differential
  • Experience in construction and/or renewable energy projects will be a differential
  • Availability to travel
  • Availability for housing in other cities
  • Availability for field leave every 60 days
  • Reside in Salvador or surrounding areas

Commissioning Operator

Responsibilities: Implementation of control and communication systems at Soltec sites; Association of devices in the field taking references from plans and project files; management, reading, and interpretation of technical project documentation; assembling hardware for testing to verify the correct functioning of the system; preparing and sending reports and updates to the site supervisor; reviewing the correct functioning of installed devices; assisting and collaborating in problem-solving in projects; assembling hardware for testing purposes.

Requirements

  • Technical high school diploma in Electrotechnics, Electro-electronics, Mechatronics, Telecommunications, Electronics or related fields
  • Experience in construction and maintenance
  • Intermediate level Office Suite knowledge
  • Availability to work in other cities
  • Availability to reside in company housing
  • Reside in Salvador or surrounding areas
