Benefits And Requirements Of The Program
The selected interns will receive a competitive scholarship, along with various benefits including health insurance, Gympass, meal voucher or onsite food, transportation voucher, gas voucher, life insurance, day off on their birthday, and a personalized development program.
To participate, candidates must be enrolled in higher education courses (bachelor’s or technologist) with graduation expected between July 2025 and December 2025. They must be available to work for up to 2 years. For the technical internship, it is required to be pursuing a technical course in occupational safety at recognized educational institutions, with graduation from December 2024 onwards, be over 18 years old, and be available to work for 1 year.

Diversity Of Vacancies And Selection Process
The vacancies are distributed across 11 Brazilian states and cover various areas such as Commercial, Operations, Legal, Human Resources, Occupational Safety, among others. The selection process will take place in several stages, with the admission of approved candidates scheduled for January 2024.
