American Explorer BugBankz Found an Abandoned Mansion That Belonged to a Former US Air Force Soldier. Inside and Out, a Forgotten Collection of Memories, Classic Cars, Planes, and Even a Boat Reveal a Past of Glory and Solitude
The American explorer BugBankz, known for his YouTube channel with over 715 thousand subscribers, found a setting worthy of a movie. The abandoned mansion he visited, lost in the middle of a grove, belonged to a former United States Air Force soldier, who passed away in 2012 along with his wife. The residence, now completely abandoned, has become a silent portrait of an intense life full of memories.
Inside the house, BugBankz found overturned furniture, yellowed wallpaper, old family photos, and a myriad of objects scattered throughout the rooms.
From soda cans to a typewriter, everything seems to have been left in a hurry, creating a melancholic atmosphere.

Rusted Treasures in the Backyard of the Abandoned Mansion
The exterior of the property holds a true treasure for car enthusiasts. In his video, the explorer showcases no less than 11 vehicles, all abandoned but full of history.
The former Air Force pilot, who fought in missions from New Guinea to the Philippines before becoming the chief of a fire station, was clearly a fan of the Ford brand.
Among the finds are two Ford Grand Torinos and a 1920s Ford A, a direct successor to the legendary Ford T.
There is also an imposing Ford F-250 “Topper,” converted into a motorhome, and an old Thunderbird, which, according to BugBankz’s companion, would have been used for target practice — although this does not appear in the video.
A Ford Fairlane, a model produced between 1955 and 1970, is also partially buried under leaves and completely deteriorated.
Even in poor condition, the collection of vehicles could represent a fortune for an experienced restorer.
Planes and an Abandoned Boat
In addition to the cars, the explorer recorded two small tourist planes in an advanced state of deterioration and a motorboat.
Everything seems frozen in time, as if the former owner simply vanished, leaving behind every trace of his life.
A Legacy Left to Ruin
The mansion and its surroundings serve as a time capsule. BugBankz believes that the former soldier preferred to let his belongings deteriorate on the property rather than donating them or passing them on to family members.
A gesture that transformed the place into a blend of memory and forgetfulness — and into one of the most impressive discoveries made by the American explorer.
