Total Solar Has Just Completed Construction and Has Already Begun Operations at the Largest Rooftop Solar Power Plant in the Country. Utilizing Only Solar Energy, the Plant Can Supply Power to 800 Houses
Total Solar has begun operations at its rooftop solar power plant. The project is considered the largest rooftop solar plant and, according to its owner, Diogo Serradourada, the initiative started in 2013 and has since specialized in installing photovoltaic solar energy systems for businesses, industries, and residences. Diogo also emphasizes that solar energy is bringing various innovations to the energy market.

Scientists develop a low-cost alternative to generate green hydrogen on a large scale using an innovative chemical process; discovery could revolutionize energy infrastructure, heavy industry, and sustainable transportation systems around the world.
According to Diogo, the photovoltaic solar plant generates enough energy to meet the demand of 800 low-income houses and also claims that this is the largest rooftop solar plant in Brazil, covering over 8,300 m² and featuring 2,016 installed modules capable of producing 1.2 MW.
Total Solar is installing its second-largest rooftop solar plant in Brazil, at a glass factory located in Goiânia. Diogo states that the company is from Tocantins but operates on projects in several states. Total Solar is always looking for new technologies to offer energy supply solutions for companies, industries, residences, and even in the agricultural sector.

To discuss more about the advantages of the photovoltaic solar plant, Diogo is available for assistance, clarification of doubts, and also for the creation of projects for the most varied types of businesses.
Total Solar is one of Brazil’s great references when it comes to projects of this kind, with clients in the states of Pará, Bahia, Mato Grosso, Maranhão, and Goiás, and now expanding to Santa Catarina and Rio de Janeiro.
The company represents Intelbras, a leading Brazilian company in innovative solutions aimed at security, communication, networks, and energy for over 46 years. Total Solar has establishments located in Palmas and Paraíso do Tocantins. In the capital, its office is situated in the Palmas Business Center building and, in Paraíso, the company’s headquarters is located at Rua 1, No. 690, in Setor Milena.
Offshore Photovoltaic Solar Plant
In addition to the rooftop solar plant, another energy source that is gaining strength is offshore photovoltaic solar energy. Paraná has just inaugurated its first unit of this kind, also the first in the Southern region.
The plant is located near the Santa Clara hydroelectric plant, which has a capacity of 120 MW. The first offshore photovoltaic solar plant in Paraná has 276 solar panels on top of a metal structure, generating a power of 100.7 kWp. All the energy generated by the panels is used to meet the demand of the hydroelectric plant itself.
