UFG, through the Integrated Network Learning Center (CIAR), has launched Notice No. 07/2025 to select tutors who will work in the distance learning of the Public Management Graduate Program. This course is part of the Open University of Brazil (UAB) program, funded by CAPES/MEC, and aims to train professionals to work in public administration with more efficiency and technical knowledge.
In addition to the six immediate positions, a reserve list will also be created for future hires. An important point is that 50% of the positions are reserved for underrepresented groups, including Black individuals, Indigenous people, quilombolas, people with disabilities, and trans/travesties. This initiative reinforces UFG’s commitment to diversity and inclusion in the academic environment.

The selection process will be divided into two stages:
- Document Analysis: Evaluation of documents proving academic background and experience in the field;
- Interview: Conversation to assess the candidate’s compatibility with the e-learning tutor role.
The final result will be announced on April 14, 2025, and successful candidates will begin their activities immediately. Before officially starting, new tutors will undergo training between April 20 and May 20, 2025.
