Requirements demanded by Toyota: Degree in Production, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related fields. Knowledge in plastic injection, Catia software, and the Japanese language, as well as skills in self-motivation and good interpersonal relationships are desirable.
Responsibilities: Conduct technical, economic, and operational feasibility studies for the implementation of new projects, collaborating with the engineering team to ensure lower costs, better quality, higher productivity, and safety.
Main activities include controlling the production preparation process, developing new processes and equipment layouts, acquiring materials and equipment, and creating operating standards.

Meu nome Fernando Arakaki, moro no Japão faz 26 anos acredito que no Brasil exija tudo isso! Mas aqui no Japão nos apreendemos com passar do tempo, já vivi muitos estás experiência aqui, acredito que um certificado não justifica que a pessoa qualificada pra isso mesmo porque eu já vi muitos com certificado que não sabe nem como funciona só na prática mesmo que se aprende. Eu mesmo vim pra Japão sem saber direito a linguagem daqui aos poucos aprendi pelo menos básico acredito que se um dia voltar com certeza minha experiência não vai valerá nada no Brasil. Aqui no Japão pelo menos eu sou reconhecido.
