Job Openings at SESI: Snack Preparer

For the selection process for the snack preparer position, interested candidates must have completed high school, a course on good practices will be a differential and basic knowledge of the Office Suite is desirable.

Those approved for the positions at SESI will be responsible for coordinating the receipt, acquisition, and storage of food items, preparing and distributing breakfast meals or morning snacks, lunch, afternoon snacks, dinner, participating in activities related to nutritional education (culinary workshops, school garden, etc), sanitizing or sterilizing utensils and work area facilities, and systematically recording in specific forms, managing resources and providing all information for the area.

Job Openings at SESI: Cook

For the job openings at SESI for the cook position, it is necessary to have completed high school, with professional experience as a cook or snack preparer.

It is also necessary to have Good Practices in Hygiene and Food Handling, knowledge in simple cooking, basic notions of selection, storage, and quality control of items and products, organization and planning, and knowledge in food safety.

Those approved for the positions at SESI will be responsible for assisting the nutritionist in planning the menu, sourcing, and in distributing and guiding the activities of kitchen assistants, preparing meals for the kitchen assistants, preparing various meals according to the menu, including special diets, respecting current legislation on food handling and applying dietary techniques under the supervision of the Nutritionist, among others.

When approved, employees will work at SESI with a weekly workload of 40 hours at the CE 182 Educational Center in São José dos Campos.

The work schedule will be Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM, with possible schedule changes. The salary is R$ 3,102.68. The selection process will include an online test, verification of Requirements, Evaluative Video, Interview, Technical Assessment, among others.
