App Drivers Can Save Up to R$ 10 Daily with the Partnership for Acquiring the E-JS1
JAC Motors emphasizes that the collaboration was designed especially for drivers who travel more than 200 km daily, spending an average of more than R$ 100 per day on traditional fuels.
With the transition to the E-JS1, the estimate is that these daily costs will decrease by about R$ 10 with recharges.
Sergio Habib, president of JAC Motors Brazil, highlights the significant savings provided by the E-JS1, stating: “It’s as if a liter of gasoline costs only an average of R$ 0.50! And this is if you use your home electricity, as you can recharge at various points where the energy is free.”
Mechanically, the E-JS1 is equipped with an electric motor of 45 kW (62 hp) power and 15.3 kgfm of torque, providing acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 10.7 seconds.
The lithium-iron-phosphate battery, with a capacity of 30.2 kWh, offers a range of 161 km by the Inmetro standard or 250 km in real life.
Fast charging at charging stations (from 15% to 85%) takes only 1 hour, while the 7 kW home wallbox charger requires 3.5 hours.
Additionally, a full charge at a home outlet takes 11 hours.
With this strategic partnership, JAC Motors and Uber aim to not only transform the driving experience for drivers but also make a significant contribution to sustainability and energy efficiency in the urban transport sector in Brazil.
