More Than 100 Vacancies in Free Technical Level Courses Are Being Offered by UEPB
UEPB, through the Assis Chateaubriand Agricultural School, is offering vacancies in free technical professional courses in agriculture and agribusiness. In total, 160 vacancies are being offered, with these being free, divided equally between 80 for each modality. The Agricultural School unit is located at CCAA of UEPB, campus II, installed in the city of Lagoa Seca.

Applicants can choose to pre-register online. However, to finalize their registration, it is crucial to sign a form and submit the required documentation at UEPB.
The free courses last a maximum of two years and, as mentioned, are completely free of charge. Candidates for these vacancies must be currently enrolled in or have completed high school. Classes will be held during the morning and afternoon shifts.

Classes for Free Courses Offered by UEPB Start Immediately in 2021
The classes for the free courses offered by UEPB will begin in February 2021, initially conducted entirely remotely due to the current situation from the COVID-19 pandemic. The possibility of returning to in-person classes will depend on the assessment of health authorities and the success of the vaccination program against COVID-19.
A professional in agribusiness can work in production units and supply chains in food companies, mastering industrial processes in the areas of processing, transformation, preservation, and quality control of food. Meanwhile, a professional in agriculture can work in activities related to agriculture, livestock, and rural management in the areas of annual and perennial crops, fruit cultivation, phytosanitary control, seed production, topography, and irrigation. Both courses are entirely free and last for two years.
