How the Selection Process Works
The selection process for UFBA’s free courses takes into account the target audience of each specialization. For courses aimed at training teachers, priority will be given to basic education teachers. The remaining spots may be filled by other education professionals or related fields, provided that 50% of the spots are filled by the priority audience.
In the case of courses for public agents, the selection will prioritize those working in federal, state, or municipal agencies. Similarly, spots that are not filled by these professionals may be occupied by other candidates who meet the course requirements. For some specializations, such as Management of Schools in the Countryside, candidates linked to grassroots popular movements will also have priority.
