This Monday, January 23, enrollment opened for the Admission Exam for the Aeronautics Sergeant Training Course for entry in January 2024. Applications can be made until February 15, and candidates will compete for one of the 242 available spots. Of these positions, allocated to candidates of both genders, 20% will be reserved for black candidates who meet the conditions and rules established in the Specific Instructions. The Brazilian Air Force (FAB) published Specific Instructions this Friday (20).
Available Specialties in the Aeronautics Sergeant Training Course
- Aerospace Mechanic (BMA) – 60 positions;
- Military Material (BMB) – 15 positions;
- Electricity and Instruments (BEI) – 16 positions;
- Structure and Painting (BEP) – 10 positions;
- Flight Equipment (BEV) – 12 positions;
- Supply (BSP) – 14 positions;
- Guard and Security (SGS) – 30 positions;
- Air Traffic Control (BCT) – 85 positions.
Requirements and Information for Enrollment in the Admission Exam
As a requirement for enrollment in the first class of the Aeronautics Sergeant Training Course (CFS 1/2024), the candidate must be at least 17 years old and not turn 25 years old by 12/31/2024, as well as have completed, by the date of the Final Concentration of the Exam, the High School of the National Education System.
The selection process consists of written tests in Portuguese, English, Mathematics, and Physics, in addition to a health inspection, psychological fitness examination, physical conditioning evaluation test, complementary hetero-identification procedure, and document validation. The tests will be held on 06/04/2023.
