Usina Alta Mogiana SA was founded in 1983 and produces sugar, ethanol and electricity, with occupational safety practices, environmental respect and social responsibility.
Installed in São Joaquim da Barra, in the interior of São Paulo, it has an installed capacity for grinding more than 6.700.000 tons of sugarcane, producing about 10.500.000 bags of sugar, more than 240.000.000 liters of ethanol and energy cogenerated plant of 250.000 Mwh.
Today, it has more than 3.600 employees engaged in the search for sustainable solutions to provide renewable energy, food and electricity, generating value for the well-being of society.
