Coprodia Plant Is Recruiting New Professionals With Low Educational Requirements for Welder and Tire Repairer Positions

With over 40 years of experience, the Agricultural Cooperative of Sugarcane Producers of Campo Novo do Parecis (Coprodia) is looking for new workers and requests low educational qualifications to apply for job openings. Most opportunities require only completed elementary or high school education and offer positions such as boilermaker, welder, tire repairer, and boiler operator. The Coprodia plant is located in the municipality of Diamantino (MT), a region that lacked infrastructure at the time, formed by producers and their families originating from the south of the country, who relied on hard work and cooperation to turn their dream into reality with great courage and determination. Today, the company reaps the results that make the region the largest cultivable plateau in the world.

Founded on November 24, 1980, the company had an estimated production of 180 million liters of ethanol and 2.8 million sacks of 50 kg crystal sugar for the 2019/2020 harvest.
