Aluminum industry Ball launches internship inclusion program. It is not necessary to be fluent in English
Ball Corporation is an American industry that produces sustainable aluminum packaging, based in Broomfield, Colorado. Next Monday, February 7th, the company will open enrollment for the selection process of an internship project aimed at expanding the diversity of teams, being the first program of this type carried out in the area.

The internship vacancies in this aluminum industry program are entirely aimed at female, LGBTI+, black, disabled and low-income people, available in the Vale do Paraíba region.
Published by Victor Sena through the exam website, in a virtual way, the selection process of the aluminum industry will be done through the Internship Company webpage. The selection of applicants will be made after five stages: initially, screening; then cultural fit; then, interviews and panel; and finally, the final interviews. The start of the internship is scheduled to take place in May, in a hybrid form.
The aluminum industry project includes the sectors of Customer Service, Accounting, Engineering, Legal, Lean Manufacturing, Environment, Financial Planning, Production Planning, Quality, Human Resources, Health and Safety and Customer Services. Internship vacancies are for the regional office, Ball headquarters in São José dos Campos, and corporate operations in Jacareí.
Furthermore, a second language is not required to participate in the program. The sustainable aluminum industry will offer English classes for interns, as well as the benefits of a market-competitive internship grant; medical and odontologic assistence; life insurance; payroll loan; food allowance or meal; day-care, legal, psychological, financial and social assistance.
