Payment Schedule for PIS Will Be Released Starting August 15 for Workers Born in November and December

The Caixa Econômica Federal will start paying the PIS salary bonus on August 15 for workers born in November and December, completing the 2025 benefit calendar. The amount, which can reach R$ 1,518, will be available for withdrawal until December 29.

The PIS payment schedule in 2025 takes into account the base year 2023. Workers who received up to two minimum salaries per month on average, were formally employed for at least 30 days in the year of reference, and are registered in PIS for at least five years are entitled to the benefit.

Who Receives PIS in August?

The last groups to receive the bonus are the workers born in November and December, with release scheduled for August 15. Check the complete schedule below:

How to Check If I Am Entitled to the Bonus?

The consultation can be done simply through official channels:

Digital Work Card (app): access the “Benefits” tab and then select “Salary Bonus” > “Check”
Gov.br Portal
Phone 158 (Alô Trabalho, from the Ministry of Labor and Employment)

It is important to keep data updated in RAIS/e-Social, as this directly influences the release of the benefit.

Who Is Entitled to PIS in 2025?

To receive the salary bonus in 2025, it is necessary to:

Be registered in PIS for at least 5 years
Have received, on average, up to two minimum salaries per month during the year 2023
Have worked with a formal contract for at least 30 days in 2023
Have the data correctly informed by the employer in the government system

What Is the Value of the Bonus?

The value of the salary bonus is proportional to the time worked in the base year 2023. Those who worked for the full 12 months can receive up to one minimum wage, currently R$ 1,518. The calculation is based on the minimum wage in force in the year of payment.

How to Withdraw the Amount of PIS?

There are different ways to withdraw, depending on the worker’s profile:

Those with a Caixa account: the amount is automatically deposited
Those using Caixa Tem: the amount is released in the digital account
Those with a Citizen Card: can withdraw at ATMs, lottery houses, or Caixa Aqui correspondents
Those without a card or account: can withdraw at any Caixa agency by presenting an ID document
