Suggest improvements in customer service procedures and internal processes, always aiming for customer satisfaction.

  • Availability: Ability to work a 6h20 scale, with shifts that may occur from Monday to Saturday or Sunday to Monday, between 6 AM and midnight.
  • Sales experience: Previous experience in sales is essential, with experience in the telecommunications sector being a plus.
  • Additional skills: Effective communication, creativity to turn interactions into sales opportunities, resilience, organization, empathy, and interest in technology.
