Volkswagen also announced that it is possible to recover 80% of the charge in just 30 minutes. However, this speed is only feasible with high-power chargers, providing 170 kW of direct current. In Brazil, these chargers are scarce, primarily found in shopping malls, where competition for their use has become intense. Consequently, it becomes essential to rent or purchase the wallbox charger, as this equipment allows charging in just over 10 hours. In contrast, using a standard 220V outlet, the waiting time increases to 38 hours.
